Customer Returns

Cable and Cotton aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

If you wish to exchange or return an item / items please contact customer service at hello@cableandcotton.com and we will advise you on how to proceed.

If any Goods develop faults within their warranty period of 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty. Within a further 6 months of purchase we can offer a 50% discount on replacement parts with proof of purchase.
